Our neighborhood

With world famous nightlife, a flourishing arts scene, boutique shopping, recreation at the Piers and fine dining, Chelsea is one of the most exciting neighborhoods in New York City.
The art capital of New York, Chelsea is home to more than 200 galleries. Other attractions include the Chelsea Market and the trendy meatpacking district. Chelsea is also within walking distance of the Empire State Building, and a five minute train ride from Downtown NYC and ten minutes from the theater district.
Our historic brownstone will give you a taste of Chelsea’s history and, a short walk from the subway, will grant you access to everything this neighborhood has to offer.

Our apartments

All of the apartments have lovely bright rooms, with beautifully-decorated fireplaces, hardwood floors, updated lighting and decor. Most apartments feature high ceilings.
We host our guests as friends and do everything in our power to make their stay with us a memorable and relaxing experience. Most of our guests consider our apartments to be their home away from home- they always come back to stay with us and happily recommend us to their friends.
